Delivery and Returns Policy


Once we receive your order it will be packaged carefully and then dispatched within 2-3 working days. Standard delivery cost is £2.95. Free shipping on £35 spend or more.

Your order will then be sent by either:

  • Yodel Direct (Store to Door), small parcel, (delivery typically within 2 working days)
  • Royal Mail 2nd class, small parcel, (delivery 2-3 working days)

When you place an order your phone number and email address may be used to contact you to inform you about your order by the delivery service. We do not accept liability for goods that are not accepted by you at the point of delivery so please do look out for your package. Please liaise with the delivery service provider directly should you wish to arrange re delivery or amend a delivery date / option. 

Currently, Chien & Co Pet Care doesn’t ship to Northern Ireland or the rest of Europe (yet!).

After you have placed an order, we may contact you by email to ask if you would kindly leave us a review of the product(s) – thank you!



Chien & Co Pet Care is happy to issue refunds or exchanges (excluding original postage cost) as long as you notify us by email within 14 days of delivery.  Please email to be issued with a returns reference and returns instructions. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

We will issue a refund or an exchange if the heat seal on the product remains in place and the product(s) are in re-sellable condition. If a product leaks in transit this would not constitute a good that could be resold. For exchanges, we ask you to please return the original goods to us within 30 days, otherwise original retail price will be charged.
