Our Story - Meet the Founders
Everything started when Agnes and Madeleine met during their MBA at London Business School. Agnes, a passionate veterinary surgeon and Madeleine, coming from a manufacturing and consumer goods background, found out that they had a very similar vision for animal wellness.
Agnes had experienced dry and itchy skin during her time as a vet, as well as allergic reactions caused by sub par pet shampoos bring used. Many are found to be full of harsh chemicals and nasties.
The only shampoos she could recommend to her clients safely were medical prescription products, which, on the other hand, were too strong and lacked imagination.
They both decided to create a solution to this issue, bringing in naturally derived ingredients, as well as deep veterinary knowledge and knowledge of the consumer.

Dr. Agnes has over 11 years of clinical veterinary experience. She has worked in various clinics in the UK as a first opinion and emergency surgical vet. During COVID, she founded her own mobile vet business in North London to help more people and their pets in need.
This helped her to build strong bonds with her clients and understand better what their main concerns are for their pets! Her focus is on animal welfare and preventative medicine. Her quote is ‘’offer the best care for your best friend!’’
Madeleine Spence

Madeleine has over a decade experience experience in UK retail and consumer goods at Mars. She has a deep knowledge of product manufacturing and is passionate about making outstanding products for pets and humans alike. She also has prior startup experience in the food & drink sector.
Originally from Yorkshire, she has a passion for the great outdoors as well and our lovely canine friends.
